Fortnite is unusual among games in that almost nothing about it is about the guns. Ask a twelve-year-old what they play for and you’ll hear about skins, which one they’re wearing, which one they’re saving V-Bucks for, which one came back to the Item Shop last week. The cosmetics are the culture, and they’re the reason a page of Fortnite coloring pages makes sense at all: these are outfits kids already have opinions about.
This collection has 50 free designs spanning the range the game itself covers. There’s a run of crossover characters, Chun-Li mid-kick, Harley Quinn with her mallet, Spider-Gwen, Magneto, Master Chief, Solid Snake, and John Wick, all of whom have appeared as real Fortnite skins over the years. There’s Power Chord with her electric guitar from the game’s own roster. And there’s the strand Fortnite is genuinely known for: a dancing banana, a muscular cat, a fish walking upright, a crow in armour, a golden king. That mix of tactical soldiers and absurd mascots is the whole aesthetic in one page grid.
Roughly a third of the set shows characters with in-game weapons, which is true to how the game looks but worth knowing if you’re printing for a younger child. The other two-thirds are poses, dances, emotes, and pickaxes, the banana high-five, the skateboarding cat, the arms-raised victory pose. Those are the ones to reach for first.
Detail runs from simple to dense. The banana and the walking fish are clean shapes a six-year-old can finish. The armoured soldiers, Master Chief, and the two-character pages have layered plating and equipment that will hold an older kid for a good while.
Every one of these Fortnite coloring pages is free, prints on standard US letter paper, and needs no sign-up. Click any design below to open the full-size PDF.
The Crossover Characters
Fortnite’s defining trick has been persuading rival companies to put their characters in the same game, something no other title has managed at this scale. Several of them appear in this collection.
Chun-Li
From Capcom’s Street Fighter, and one of the first female characters to headline a fighting game back in 1991. Her Fortnite skin arrived in 2019. The page here has her mid-kick, which is the pose she’s known for.
Harley Quinn
DC’s, and originally created for Batman: The Animated Series in 1992 rather than the comics. She appears twice in this set: once alone with her mallet, once alongside Spider-Gwen.
Spider-Gwen
Marvel’s Gwen Stacy from an alternate universe where she was bitten instead of Peter Parker. Her white-and-pink-hooded suit is one of the more distinctive things to color in this collection.
Magneto
Also Marvel, arriving through one of the Battle Pass seasons. Arms crossed, cape, helmet.
Master Chief
From Microsoft’s Halo. His appearance in Fortnite was genuinely surprising to players, given Halo’s history as a PlayStation-rival exclusive.
Solid Snake
Konami’s Metal Gear Solid protagonist, added in 2023. The sniper rifle is in character.
John Wick
The Keanu Reeves films. His skin has a history in the game, since players had spotted a suspiciously Wick-like default outfit long before the official crossover.
Power Chord
Not a crossover at all. She’s original to Fortnite, a rock musician skin from the game’s earlier seasons, and one of the few in this set who belongs to Epic alone.
Coloring Tips
Try the rarity colors. Fortnite grades its cosmetics by rarity, each with a color: green for Uncommon, blue for Rare, purple for Epic, orange-gold for Legendary. Coloring a character entirely in one rarity color is a constraint that fans immediately recognise, and it forces interesting decisions about shading.
Get the crossover characters right, or don’t. Harley’s red and black, Spider-Gwen’s white and pink, Master Chief’s green. Fans usually want accuracy on these. The original Fortnite characters have far more room, since skins get recoloured variants in the game anyway.
Print the funny ones for younger kids. The banana, the walking fish, the skateboarding cat, and the high-five page have the simplest shapes in the set and none of the tactical detail.
Use pencils on the armoured designs. The soldiers and Master Chief have overlapping plates with narrow gaps. Markers flood them; pencils let you shade panel by panel.
Two-character pages take twice as long. The Harley Quinn and Spider-Gwen page and the banana high-five both have two full figures. Worth knowing before handing one to a child expecting a ten-minute activity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these Fortnite coloring pages really free?
Yes, all 50 are free to download and print. Click any design to open the PDF. No account, no email, no payment.
What age are these suitable for?
Fortnite itself is rated T for Teen in the US and PEGI 12 in Europe. The simpler pages, the banana, the fish, the cat, the dance poses, work fine for children around six and up. Around a third of the set shows characters holding in-game weapons, so parents of younger children may want to look through before printing.
Is this official Epic Games merchandise?
No, these are fan-made coloring pages inspired by the game’s characters and art style. They aren’t produced, licensed, or endorsed by Epic Games, or by Marvel, DC, Capcom, Microsoft, Konami, or Lionsgate, whose characters appear as Fortnite crossover skins. Free for personal use, not for resale.
Which characters are included?
Crossover skins including Chun-Li, Harley Quinn, Spider-Gwen, Magneto, Master Chief, Solid Snake and John Wick, plus Power Chord and a range of the game’s own original outfits, the banana, the muscular cat, the walking fish, the golden king and more.
Can I print more than one copy?
As many as you need.
Why does Fortnite have so many crossover characters?
Because the game is free and makes its money from cosmetics, every new skin is both content and revenue, which gives Epic a reason to keep licensing, and gives rights holders a reason to say yes. The result is a roster where Marvel heroes, anime characters, footballers and real musicians share a map, which is why a page of Fortnite coloring pages can include a DC villain and a dancing banana without anyone finding it strange.
